# About company profiles

## About this section

Having [registered](https://doc.wearepatchworks.com/product-documentation/company-management/broken-reference) for a Patchworks account, a **company profile** is created for your organisation. From here you can view/update basic details for your organisation (name and contact information) and manage users.

As the user who registers a company for a Patchworks account, you are granted [administrator](https://doc.wearepatchworks.com/product-documentation/users-roles-and-permissions/roles-and-permissions-summary) access to the dashboard. This is is the highest level of access that can be associated with a company profile.
