Authentication

When adding connector instances for PDM Automotive, the following authentication methods are supported:

• API-token

API-token authentication

Authentication is handled via API tokens, which are included in the Authorization header of API requests. When a user chooses to add a connector instance using API-token authentication, the credentials below are prompted:

url		The base URL for endpoints, without the https:// element. Typically, this will be: api.pdm-automotive.com.
token		Your API token. To create or retrieve an API Token, log into your PDM account or contact the PDM support team.
