Authorising Patchworks to access your Lightspeed Retail R-Series account (services)

Required credentials

To add a Patchworks connector for Lightspeed Retail R-Series, you don't need to enter authentication credentials in the setup form. Instead, you are directed to the Lightspeed Retail R-Series login page so you can log in and authorise access for Patchworks.

Required steps

Step 1 Log in to the Patchworks dashboard and choose to add a new connector - when prompted to choose a system, select Lightspeed Retail R-Series.

Step 2 Complete the connector wizard in the usual way. When prompted, select oAuth 2 as the authentication type:

Step 3 When prompted, click the authenticate button:

Step 4 You are directed to a Lightspeed Retail login page - log in using your own account credentials:

Step 5 Click the authorize application button for Patchworks:

Step 6 If authorisation is successful, you are returned to the Patchworks dashboard and the new connector is available.
