## Working with alerts

If the **include failures in summary** option is toggled 'on', a preview of the [sync failure report](/product-documentation/patchworks-services/reporting-and-logging/service-sync-reports/sync-failure-email-notifications.md) is included in notification emails. For further information about this feature please see the [sync failure email notifications](/product-documentation/patchworks-services/reporting-and-logging/service-sync-reports/sync-failure-email-notifications.md) page.
