Managed company links
If you use our partner features bolt-on to manage multiple Patchworks profiles, a new copy company link button is available at the start of your .
Click this option to create a link to the current company. Sharing this link with other team members (who have sufficient permissions) means they can access the company profile directly, removing the need to switch profiles manually.

Copy process flow link with current company ID
A new copy link with current company id option is available in the . Click this option to create a link to this flow, including an ID for the current company. This is useful if:
You use our to manage multiple Patchworks profiles. Sharing this link with other team members (who have sufficient permissions) means they can access the process flow directly - seamlessly switching to the relevant company profile.
You need to raise a support query regarding a process flow. Including this link in your support ticket means that a member of our Support team can access the flow more efficiently - seamlessly switching to the relevant company profile.

Copy run log link with current company ID
A new copy link with current company id option is available when viewing logs for a process flow run.
Click this option to create a link to this log, including an ID for the current company.
As above, partners will find this useful for sharing logs with other team members, and it's generally useful if you need to raise a support query regarding a particular run log.

Email notifications - allowance visibility Each Core subscription tier has an allowance for the number of emails that can be sent each month via the ). When this allowance is reached, emails are not sent. In this release, we've improved visibility of your current email notification allowance status, as follows:
When your allowance reaches 20% remaining, an alert is added to your ; this is shown for any users in associated email notification groups.
When your allowance reaches 20% remaining, a warning message is displayed on the process flow canvas if the flow is configured for email notifications and is run manually.

AI scripting enhancements Following the initial release of AI scripting, we've made a number of UX improvements:
Having chosen to create a new script and entered a name and language, the create button is now a create without AI button, so available creation paths are clearer.
A small 'generating' overlay is now displayed when AI script generation is in progress.
The remaining number of AI interactions allowed today is shown on the script generation page.
Daily AI request allowances reset at midnight UTC.
