Enhancement	RabbitMQ Laravel Horizon has been removed from the Patchworks tech stack. Going forward, Supervisord runs RabbitMQ consumers. There are no functional changes for Patchworks users however, we anticipate that this change will bring improved efficiency, with greater insight into jobs, and better issue handling.	CPT-2998
