Bug	Map shape - stacked transform functions Fixed an issue where stacking transform functions (i.e. asking one transform to use the output from a previous transform) could fail because a source value was passed in rather than the last output transform. Map shape	CPT-3733
Bug	Map shape - stacked transform functions Fixed an issue where the remove on empty may not work as expected when multiple transforms are applied to a field. Map shape	CPT-3749
Bug	Default values for multiple filters Fixed an issue where settings applied to the first filter became default settings for any subsequent filters added - this affected filter and track data shapes. Filter shape	CPT-3513
