Finding service connector credentials for BigCommerce

Required credentials

To add a Patchworks connector for BigCommerce, the following details are required for authentication:

Credential	Required	Note
Store Hash		Generated when you follow instructions to create a BigCommerce API account for your store.
Client ID		As above
Client Secret		As above
Access Token		As above

Obtaining credentials

The credentials listed above are needed so that Patchworks can access the required data in BigCommerce. To obtain these details, follow the steps below.

Step 1 Follow the instructions provided by BigCommerce - here:

Step 2 Having completed these steps, you will see an API path - the number at the end is the store hash. Next, a pop-up window displays the client ID, client secret and access token. Add these details to your password manager immediately as they are only shown once.
