Finding service connector credentials for Peoplevox

Obtaining credentials

To add a Patchworks connector for Peoplevox, the following details are required for authentication:

Credential	Required	Note
client_id		Available from the Peoplevox dashboard.
username		Available from the Peoplevox dashboard.
password		The same password that you use to log into Peoplevox.
URL		Taken from the Peoplevox URL, having logged in.

Obtaining required information

The credentials listed above are needed so that Patchworks can access the required data in Peoplevox. To obtain these details, follow the steps below.

Client ID & Username

Step 1 In your browser, open the URL that you use to access the Peoplevox dashboard.

Step 2 Check the top right-hand corner of the dashboard - you'll see your client id followed by your username (the short form in brackets) - for example:

Having logged into Peoplevox, your client ID is also shown in the URL - for example:

Password

The password is the same password that you use to log into Peoplevox.

URL

Having logged into Peoplevox, the required URL is the first part of the full URL shown in your browser's address bar, up to your client id. For example:
