How to handle an empty mapping page

However, there may be occasions where the mappings page does not contain any default mappings - for example:

In this scenario, don't panic! It's pretty easy to add your own mappings right here.

Adding your own mapping rows

Follow the steps below:

Step 1 Click the add new row button - a new mapping entry form is displayed for your to complete:

Step 2 Complete source and destination fields for the first field you need to map - for example:

If you don't see any fields when you click either the source or destination fields, please contact the Patchworks support team, who will check the schema for the associated system.

Step 3 Click done to confirm a row.

Step 4 Having added all required rows, click save changes.
