How to manage failed service syncs

Overview

Service sync failures may occur for a number of reasons - for example, if a mapped field in the source/destination system has changed unexpectedly, or if there was a communication issue when the service ran.

When a sync failure occurs, an entry will be shown in your sync report with a status of failed - there will be one entry for every failure. From here you can:
