# What to check if you can't save a new service connector

You can only have one **live** and one **test** connector per system, per [company group](https://doc.wearepatchworks.com/product-documentation/patchworks-services/troubleshooting/broken-reference).&#x20;

If you require multiple live connectors for the same system (for example, your company might have three Shopify stores for three different countries) you should ensure that [company groups](https://doc.wearepatchworks.com/product-documentation/patchworks-services/troubleshooting/broken-reference) are added to your company profile - one group per store.

Then, when you [add a new connector](https://doc.wearepatchworks.com/product-documentation/patchworks-services/service-connectors/adding-a-service-connector), select the associated company group - for example:

In this way, you can have multiple connectors for the same system.
