Raising a support ticket

Introduction

If you subscribe to a Patchworks standard, professional, or enterprise tier you will have access to Patchworks support. If you need to raise a support ticket, you can use one of the methods below:

Via our dashboard chatbot

The easiest way to get in touch is to send a message via our chatbot in the Patchworks dashboard:

Via our Zendesk support portal

To raise a support ticket via our Zendesk support portal, follow the steps below.
Step 1 Log into the Patchworks dashboard.
Step 2 Select the support option from the left-hand navigation menu:
Step 3 When prompted, log into Zendesk:
If you don't have credentials for Zendesk, you can use the sign up link to register. In this case, we advise using the same email address that you use to log into the Patchworks dashboard.
Step 4 Now you can raise a ticket via our Zendesk support portal.
